“Empowering Refugees to thrive as self-sufficient contributors to Kansas Communities”

Our Role

The Kansas Office for Refugees (KSOR) is a department within the International Rescue Committee (IRC). KSOR is a federally funded state  replacement designee that administers refugee services and benefits in Kansas and serves as the State Refugee Coordinator’s (SRC) office. This office receives federal funding from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to oversee the design, implementation, and coordination of refugee services. KSOR partners with organizations across the state to provide direct services to refugees and other eligible populations.
